I happened to see this blog , it just happen and i had absolutely had no idea how I did it.
Recently I've been feeling all the bumps in life and I feel that what this blogger had expressed somehow relate a great deal to me. In fact I think it happen to most people out there, guys perhaps? because it is sometime hard to express oneself in the public and somethings are better done alone when you feel messed up deep inside-depression?stress?relationship?work?.
I love how the way the blogger expresses his feeling, partly I see where he is coming from and can relate to it, but at least now I am far from being a happy person. I will try but i would not know if I will succeed.

I'm usually smiling because I'm basically a happy person. I'm lucky in many ways and I count my blessings and give thanks to everything I have. So why is it that I feel a heavy sadness now and then? This only happens once every two or three years at the most. I can't really explain it. But I have the need to cry my eyes out until I can no longer cry anymore. I felt this way this afternoon while I was lying alone in bed after getting over a cold. I just started crying until I could cry no more. Don't even ask me why.
